Orders may be cancelled by contacting our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled or modified as they may have already been processed and shipped.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we will refund your payment using the same method you used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement or refund. In the rare event of the same happening, you may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged product to expedite the resolution process.
